Your role:
- Provide exceptional customer support in Norwegian via phone, email, and chat
- Address customer queries with empathy and professionalism, offering tailored solutions
- Work alongside a talented team to maintain high service standards and ensure customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in Norwegian (C1 level or higher)
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not essential
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Poland
