REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:
- Portuguese (C1/C2/Native) and English (B2) speaking and writing
- Great communication skills, written and oral
- Demonstrate strong abilities to work independently and as a team player
- Must be adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes
- Proven customer communication experience is an advantage (E-mail & Phone)
- Working knowledge of external systems and PC based internet and software applications (e.g. internet, Microsoft Office)
