DESCRIPTION
Would you like to build an international career while enjoying life, working remotely in the Mediterranean? Our client is looking for motivated Portuguese on several work-from-home projects to join their growing support teams in Greece.
 
In this role, you will support users of a well-known international service in either a customer support or technical support function. You will receive full training and a generous relocation package to kickstart your new adventure abroad.

What will you do?

Support Portuguese-speaking customers via phone and/or chat
Handle customer support and technical support inquiries depending on team assignment
Assist with account management, billing questions, and service-related issues
Provide basic technical troubleshooting for applications, software functionality, and connectivity
Guide users through websites and applications and explain available features
Deliver accurate, real-time solutions while ensuring high customer satisfaction
Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers

REQUIREMENTS
Candidate profile

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or service-related roles is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Willing to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
