Your Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth customer service in Danish to customers
• Handle technical customer inquiries and provide accurate solutions
• Guide customers through technical troubleshooting steps for connection, device, or system issues
• Advise customers on how to get the most out of their products and services
• Help customers correctly configure their devices and accounts
• Inform customers about alternative configurations and solutions
• Help customers complete successful processes and understand the root causes of their problems

• Proficient in Danish
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to guide customers through complex procedures
• Confident, adaptable, and empathetic
• Positive and flexible attitude
• Good patience when dealing with frustrated customers
• Organized and methodical thinker
• Basic skills in working with CRM tools
• Independent and confident in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to connectivity, systems, and devices
• Android users preferred
• Strong PC skills
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and work from the office
