Join our team as a Travel & Mobility Consultant for an exciting international Rent-A-Car Project!
Your Responsibilities:
- Represent a well-known international car rental brand
- Communicate with customers via phone and email in Italian
- Assist clients with new reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and general inquiries
- Provide tailored mobility solutions based on customer needs
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional and friendly service
- Contribute ideas to improve service quality and customer experience
REQUIREMENTS
What We Are Looking For:
- Fluency in Italian (C1 level or higher)
- Good English skills for internal communication
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- No previous experience is required
