You take care of various customers (travelers and hosts) via phone, email, and chat.
You will be the first point of contact for all travel-related issues and any questions related to the website.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native or advanced (C1–C2) proficiency in German
- Very good English skills (B2–C1)
- Strong IT skills, as you will be working from home.
