For one of our clients - а company specializes in cutting-edge marketing strategies, helping
brands enhance their online presence worldwide, we are looking for a motivated and
experienced Head of Media Buying Team (Remote).
Responsibilities:
*Supervise, guide, and cultivate the growth of marketing specialists to improve team output;
*Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), set goals, and streamline workflows for
optimal team productivity;
*Oversee the creative process, collaborating with graphic designers and content teams to
ensure exceptional ad design and messaging standards;
*Partner with SEO, CRM, Creative, and Data Analytics teams to ensure cohesive and
integrated marketing strategies;
*Conduct regular performance evaluations and refine strategies based on data-driven insights;
*Efficiently manage PPC budget allocation across multiple platforms, ensuring profitability
and growth.
Qualifications:
*Minimum of 3 years of experience in media buying, particularly within content marketing, e-
commerce, or digital advertising sectors (experience in the gambling industry preferred);
*Demonstrated ability in managing large-scale campaigns;
*Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, Taboola, Outbrain, Zemanta, and Yahoo Gemini;
*In-depth understanding of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and analytics
platforms such as GA4 and Looker Studio;
*Ability to forecast and achieve marketing outcomes on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual timelines;
*Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in gambling advertising across diverse markets.
