We’re looking for someone passionate about helping people, ideally with an interest in graphic design, to join a supportive, motivating, and ambitious team of professionals!
About the role:
-Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat
-Help customers find the right products and services, proactively assisting both online and offline
-Deliver service with a smile and embody our core value: “Think like a customer”
Start date: ASAP – 25th August
REQUIREMENTS
-Native or near-native French speaker with high-level English (spoken and written)
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
-Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or other customer-facing roles
-A super friendly, solution-oriented attitude and genuine love for helping people
-Dynamic, flexible, team player with creative problem-solving skills
-Currently based in Valencia or willing to relocate
