DESCRIPTION

Are you ready to start a new professional adventure in Portugal? Join an international financial services project and support German-speaking customers with their banking and digital account needs. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in customer service while enjoying the Portuguese lifestyle, with the flexibility of a fully remote position from Portugal.

Your day to day
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German.
  • Support customers with account access, login issues, and password resets.
  • Assist with banking transactions, online banking tools, and card-related issues.
  • Respond to queries about financial overviews, transactions, and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams in English to resolve more complex cases.
  • Deliver clear, friendly, and professional customer support.
  • Use digital tools and internal systems to manage customer requests efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Native-level German speaker with strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, as it is the internal communication language.
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude.
  • Comfortable using digital tools, apps, and online platforms.
  • Willingness to relocate to Portugal, with relocation support provided.
  • Ability to work remotely from Portugal in a professional and reliable way.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and night shifts on a rotating schedule.

OFFER

  • Fixed-term Portuguese employment contract of 12 months, renewable.
  • Monthly gross salary up to €1,643.42, depending on the accommodation option.
