Inside Sales Management with Languages – Industrial Technology Sector
At Adecco Outsourcing, we are looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative for an international leader in engineering solutions, located in Alcobendas (Madrid).

Offer Details:
- Initial contract: 6 months, with a real possibility of extension
- Salary: €30,000 gross/year
- Working hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Work mode: 100% on-site in Alcobendas
Main Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle sales management: identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, negotiating, and closing contracts
- Active client prospecting via calls, emails, and lead follow-ups
- Proactive account management to identify new business opportunities
- Coordination with multilingual technical teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needs
- Development of customized offers tailored to the cultural and commercial specifics of each market
- CRM tracking of opportunities to ensure visibility and traceability of results
- Post-sales support: maintenance contracts, renewals, coverage extensions, and specialized technical services
- Translating technical requirements into viable commercial solutions with a strategic and results-oriented approach
