Czech-Speaking Content Moderator
Location: Thessaloniki, Greece
Salary: €1,400 gross per month + €1,000 gross sign-on bonus
About the Role
Are you fluent in Czech and English, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating safer online communities? We are looking for a Czech-Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece.
In this role, you will help maintain a safe, engaging, and respectful online environment by reviewing digital content and ensuring it complies with established platform policies.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and moderate online content, including videos, images, news articles, political advertisements, and social media profiles.
• Assess content for age appropriateness, violence, sexual content, hate speech, and political transparency.
• Apply content policies and guidelines consistently and accurately.
• Identify and report content that violates platform rules.
• Escalate complex cases and emerging issues through the appropriate channels.
• Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, confidentiality, and data security.
• Participate in training, performance reviews, and employee well-being initiatives.
Requirements
• Fluency in both Czech and English, with strong reading and speaking skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in operations, shared services, customer experience, or a similar environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and decision-making abilities.
• Empathy, cultural awareness, and an understanding of political and social issues relevant to the Czech market.
• Ability to follow procedures and work effectively in a structured, target-driven environment.
