Would you like to be part of our project? We are looking for someone to help us grow in Portugal, in a team of commercial assistants for a prestigious client in the healthcare sector.
Role Description:
- Outbound contact with potential clients in the healthcare sector;
- Provide a detailed description of the surgical process steps (initial consultation, pre-operative exams, surgery day,pos-operative care);
- Address questions regarding surgical techniques, anesthesia, recovery time, and potencial complications.
REQUIREMENTS
- Computer literacy;
- Formal and polished language;
- Motivation, dynamism, and proactivity;
- Previous experience in a call center (mandatory);
- Native or near native level German (mandatory);
- Knowledge of English (C1/C2).
