DESCRIPTION
As an Account Strategist, you will bring a passion for sales, knowledge of online media, and commitment to maximize customer success. You'll act like an owner, move with velocity through change, finding innovative ways to consistently deliver extraordinary and incremental outcomes for both Google and your customers. Building trusted relationships with customers along the way, you'll uncover their business needs and translate them into powerful solutions to achieve their most ambitious goals.
Consulting with a wide variety of existing advertising companies of all sizes, you are committed to finding the optimal advertising solution for each client. Your interest in sales and the digital economy and your entrepreneurial drive enables brands to expand their businesses with Google's latest advertising products and solutions. Your understanding of online media combined with your commercial know-how shape how new and existing businesses grow. Using your effective communication skills, you are the face of Google to a portfolio of clients whose needs you listen to, and help define the strategy for how their products and services can reach thousands or millions of users.
Ireland: €76000 - €77500 (EUR) + 35% bonus target + equity + benefits
Responsibilities
- Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals.
- Own a portfolio of medium and large size businesses by thoroughly understanding growth drivers, identifying opportunities for growth, managing risks and building multi-quarter plans for achievement.
- Pitch and consult with customers proactively to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
- Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
- Manage stakeholders, build relationships with the end customer or agencies.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Turkish fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience meeting quarterly business and product growth goals.
- Experience pitching and consulting customers to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets.
- Experience customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales and achieving customer business and marketing objectives.
- Experience in stakeholder management, building relationships with end customers or agencies.
- Ability to own an advertising or media sales portfolio in Turkey, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
