What you will do in this role

As a Billing and Payments Specialist, you will:

• Own end-to-end invoicing workflows for advertising clients across multiple products and platforms.
• Generate, review, and distribute accurate client invoices in line with contractual terms and campaign delivery.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, working closely with Sales, Ad Ops, Finance, and Product teams.
• Act as a primary point of contact for client invoicing inquiries, delivering clear and professional communication.
• Maintain and reconcile billing data across systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Identify inefficiencies in billing workflows and propose process improvements.
• Document processes and contribute to internal knowledge bases.

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Are fluent, verbal and written in Turkish (C1) with a good level of English
• Have 1–2+ years of experience in invoicing, billing operations, ad operations, or a related support role.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Thrive in a cross-functional environment, collaborating with teams such as Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product.
• Possess strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling billing data and large datasets.
• Feel comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to support business operations.
• Be able to prioritize multiple tasks, manage competing deadlines, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly, adapting to changing business needs with ease.
• Bring experience in digital advertising, media, or SaaS environments, along with familiarity with ad billing models (CPM, CPC, CPA), ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce), and intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups) as a plus.
