Arabic-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Analyst
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Salary: €1,280 gross per month

About the Role
As a Digital Trust & Safety Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content and information to ensure it complies with established policies and guidelines. You will play an important role in identifying potential risks, making informed decisions, and helping maintain a safe and trusted digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review user-generated and back-office information to ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
Take prompt and appropriate action when content or activity violates established policies or presents potential risks.
Stay up to date with internal policies and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent decision-making.
Identify trends and behavioral patterns to proactively detect and address potential risks.
Make well-reasoned decisions and clearly explain the context and rationale behind them.
Manage high volumes of work while maintaining accuracy, quality, and attention to detail.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively with changing priorities and high volumes of information.
Previous experience investigating fraud, spam, abuse, or other inappropriate online activity is an advantage.
Ability to work professionally with sensitive information.
Required Qualifications
Fluent Arabic.
B2 level or higher in English.
Good understanding of online culture, pop culture, global events, and the cultural context of the market(s) you will support.
Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work with sensitive and potentially challenging content.
