Your Role:
As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you'll help deliver exceptional customer experiences while representing Alorica with professionalism and care.
- Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Supporting customers in Dutch through phone, chat, and email
- Providing accurate information and resolving inquiries efficiently
- Handling challenging situations with empathy, patience, and professionalism
- Delivering excellent customer experiences through effective communication
- Collaborating with teammates to achieve individual and team goals
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for enthusiastic, solution-oriented people who enjoy helping others.
Essential requirements:
- Advanced Dutch and English language skills
- Completed secondary education (high school diploma)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Full-time availability
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous customer service or contact center experience (not mandatory; training is provided)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and web-based applications
- Ability to work efficiently across multiple browser tabs
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Workplace & Schedule
- Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Work arrangement:
- The first two months are fully office-based to support training and onboarding.
- After this period, working from home may be possible depending on individual performance and results.
- Remote work is not guaranteed, and continued office attendance may be required.
Working schedule:
- Full-time position with rotating shifts between 09:00 and 21:00
- Shift options: 09:00–18:00 or 12:00–21:00
- Monday to Sunday scheduling, with two days off per week
