As a German-speaking Customer Advisor your primary responsibility will be assisting customers with their Omnipod system, a cutting-edge insulin management device that offers a needle-free solution for insulin delivery. Your role is crucial in ensuring that customers feel supported and confident in using this product to manage their health.

Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer support via phone and email.
• Assisting with inquiries regarding product usage, handling, and device settings.
• Troubleshooting possible malfunctions and responding to device alerts.
• Managing product orders (excluding the active ingredient), as well as demo kit requests.
• Assisting with payments and processing orders based on medical prescriptions.

• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
• Ability to work in shifts (24/7 availability including weekends).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and customer service systems.
• Empathy and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
