And be an active part in ensuring client guidelines, promoting, and actively participating in the service improvements provided to all users.

What you will do in this role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels (phone, email, chat - TBC).
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, escalating to supervisors when necessary.
- Assist clients with booking, modifying, and canceling travel arrangements.
- Provide accurate information about travel services, destinations, and company policies.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer service delivery.
- Collect and report customer feedback for service improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
Your qualifications
Concentrix is a great match if you:
- Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
- Have at least 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably within the travel industry.
- Have a positive attitude and a desire to provide good service
- You're analytical by nature and able to anticipate problems and find solutions.
- Having GDS experience is a plus
