Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Manager, the Visual Merchandiser Assistant will support the team in the execution of the LFB merchandising strategies in Italy and help in the day-to-day operational management of the various projects, taking care of the following activities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare brief to suppliers according to Brand strategies and Retail guidelines.
• Follow the local production process with suppliers to guarantee the correct executions of trade visibilities in-store.
• Create and send fragrances planograms to sales force, preparation of PPT presentations with merchandising guidelines, ensuring excellent image of the brand at the point of sale.
• Make qualitative reports for the local team and for HQ regarding merchandising implementations.
• Support in the management of orders in SAP, materials requests, and local shipments.
• Support event and canvass organization.

PROFILE

• Master's degree in marketing / management / Arts&Design / Architecture or any other related.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills will complete the profile.
• Strong sensibility and passion for luxury and beauty sector.
• Good attitude for teamwork.
• Analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point).
• Proficiency in space allocation software (SKP, Adobe, AutoCad, Photoshop) will be considered a plus.
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
