DESCRIPTION

Société.com Recouvrement est la plateforme de recouvrement de factures impayées du groupe Societe.com. Les TPE et PME françaises nous confient leurs impayés contre un abonnement mensuel, sans aucune commission sur les sommes récupérées, et tout le processus est automatisé. La plateforme a été lancée en 2026 et nous recrutons notre premier commercial.

Vous travaillerez à Lisbonne, au bureau, directement aux côtés du dirigeant. Le poste est à 100 % en présentiel.

Vos missions

 • Chasse : prospecter des PME françaises par téléphone, LinkedIn (Sales Navigator) et e-mail, à partir de listes ciblées construites avec la direction.
 • Conversion : rappeler dans l'heure les entreprises qui demandent des renseignements ou commencent une inscription sur le site, et les amener jusqu'à l'abonnement.
Suivi : appeler régulièrement nos clients, vérifier que tout se passe bien, leur proposer le prélèvement SEPA et le parrainage.

REQUIREMENTS

Votre profil

 • Bac+2 commercial (BTS NDRC ou équivalent), débutant très motivé ou 1 à 4 ans d'expérience en vente sédentaire B2B.
 • Vous aimez décrocher le téléphone et aller chercher des clients qui ne vous attendent pas.
 • Français parfait à l'oral comme à l'écrit (niveau C1 minimum). Le portugais n'est pas nécessaire.
 • À l'aise avec LinkedIn et un CRM, rigoureux dans le suivi.
Déjà installé(e) à Lisbonne ou prêt(e) à vous y installer.

OFFER

Ce que nous offrons

 • CDI de droit portugais, en contrat direct : ni intérim, ni centre d'appels.
 • Fixe de 24 000 € bruts par an, versés sur 12 mois (2 000 € par mois).
 • Variable mensuel non plafonné, assis sur le revenu récurrent que vous générez, avec paliers accélérateurs : environ 38 000 € bruts annuels à objectifs atteints.
 • Variable minimum garanti pendant les trois premiers mois.
 • Du lundi au vendredi, horaires de bureau calés sur la France.
La place de premier commercial dans une équipe appelée à grandir.
