DESCRIPTION

Join our dynamic team at TP Spain in vibrant Barcelona and work on an exciting project with Digital Marketing Ads — a game-changing tool for businesses everywhere! This role is tailored for individuals who can navigate the complexities of the French market, targeting companies with high potential and a tech-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
  • Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
  • Consolidate and build the customer base.
  • Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
  • Ensure consistent customer follow-up.
  • Monitor competitors’ products or services and develop selling strategies.
  • Handle customer needs and inquiries.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Language Skills: C2 level of French with good English skills.
  • 18 months sales experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with limited supervision.
  • CRM Experience: working knowledge with CRM systems.
  • Communication Skills: effective communication skills, able to express ideas clearly, foster collaboration, and build strong relationships.
  • Goal-Driven: comfortable in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team.
  • Presentation Skills: good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive Attitude: goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident and proactive.
  • Team Collaboration: able to work independently within a team environment.
  • Business Acumen: effective business acumen, able to analyze data, identify opportunities, and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Customer Focus: customer-driven and focused on providing a good customer experience.

Specialized Skills for French Market:

  • Market Understanding: clear understanding of the French market, including cultural nuances and business practices.
  • Strategic Thinking: capability to identify and target companies with growth potential.
  • Problem-Solving: basic problem-solving skills to navigate complex contexts.

OFFER
  • Full-time (39 hours/week) hybrid position in Barcelona
  • Salary of 22.950€ gross/year + up to 4.050€ gross/year.
