DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adventurous person to join our Recruitment Team!
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a significant role in supporting the growth of TELUS Digital Bulgaria through exploring various recruitment channels, creatively sourcing talents and ensuring great candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform sourcing and screening of candidates’ resumes
- Conduct interviews with candidates and asses their competencies, qualifications, skills, and previous employment
- Build effective working relationships with local Hiring Managers
- Headhunt candidates over different platforms to ensure our success
- Utilize and maintain recruitment technology system, trackers, and candidates’ pipeline
- Participate in job fairs/events and college/universities recruiting initiatives
- Ensure the recruitment information is properly maintained for reporting purposes
- Promote the mission, vision, and culture of TELUS Digital
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Proficiency in German language is required
- At least 6 months relevant experience in Recruitment will be considered as an advantage
- Positive and professional attitude
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
- Negotiation and facilitation abilities
- Bachelor degree or current study in Human Resources, Psychology or related area will count as an advantage
