What is your mission?
- Manage and respond to inbound (warm) leads: Evaluate customer interest generated through a variety of channels. Follow-up within required timeframes, ensuring a prompt and effective qualification process. Move prospective customers through the sales funnel.
- Prospect & identify opportunities: Learn and apply strategic techniques to identify potential customers and uncover key contacts within target accounts.
- Nurture relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects, helping them understand the value of our solutions.
- Conduct high-level product demonstrations: showcase offered products and capabilities.
- Achieve targets: Meet quarterly goals by transforming leads into opportunities, tracking key performance indicators, and maintaining strong follow-up practices.
- You will join the team as a Sales Consultant. The main mission is to generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, establish initial contact and build relationships with prospects, educating our client's members while driving valuable experiences and working towards a revenue target. You will be responsible for supporting revenue, handling, acquisitions, and meeting quality standards to ensure the success of the program.
REQUIREMENTS
Who are we looking for?

Preferable with 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Possesse strong time management skills and motivated to exceed expectations

Must be a strong communicator, with an emphasis on effective listening and empathizing with customers, plus good phone etiquette (pace, tone, voice quality, grammar and articulation)
