What You’ll Do
- Provide professional support for digital products and services
- Communicate with users via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently within agreed SLAs
- Use CRM software, ticketing systems, and support tools effectively
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve service quality and share best practices
- Keep up to date on product developments and participate in training sessions
- Consistently meet targets related to customer satisfaction and resolution rates
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in Slovak and English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
- Ability to follow structured processes and work independently
- Eager to learn new technologies (no prior tech experience required)
- Positive, customer-focused, and adaptable mindset
What’s Offered
- Monthly salary: 2400 BGN + performance bonus up to 300 BGN
- Welcome bonus: 3000 BGN (paid in 3 installments – 1st, 3rd, and 6th month)

Working Conditions
