About our Client

Our client is a fast-growing international online travel company, specializing in short-term hotel breaks across Europe. With the Mission ‘Everybody Deserves a Break’ and the Vision is to become the leading European provider of Top Hotel Offers. They focus on value-driven hotel partnerships, AI-powered marketing, and customer-centric solutions.

Your Role

You’ll manage and expand your own hotel portfolio, negotiating competitive bundled holiday offers, and driving business growth across Europe. You’ll be part of a dynamic, high-performing team, which is responsible for the Hotel portfolio in Sweden.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify, negotiate, and close deals with new and existing hotel partners.
  • Develop and execute growth campaigns to expand our hotel offerings.
  • Manage contracts, content, and offers via our CRM system.
  • Drive key account management, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Participate in daily planning meetings, tracking KPIs and results.

REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+ years in sales, purchasing, or key account management (preferably in travel/hospitality).
  • Proven track record of success in negotiations and business growth.
  • Strong relationship management, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent English and Swedish or Norwegian.
  • Driver’s license required.
