What will you do?
Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with product-related questions and account inquiries
Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through solutions
Escalate complex cases to relevant internal departments
Review and moderate online content according to company policies
Ensure that platform content complies with community and safety standards
Handle sensitive content with professionalism and accuracy
Maintain high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with international teams in a fast-paced environment
Document interactions and follow internal processes accurately
Candidate profile
Fluent in Arabic and English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good technical understanding and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a multicultural and dynamic environment
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or content moderation is an advantage
Able to handle sensitive or repetitive content professionally
Flexible and adaptable mindset
Motivated to relocate and build an international career
