Therefore, we are currently looking for new enthusiastic people to join our Customer Care team for Bulgarian market in Brno or Prague. You should be empathetic and most importantly, you should be able to provide our customers with help in the most effective way and deal with their potential issues in Bulgarian.
What is going to be a part of your workload?
- Providing our Bulgarian clients with support via e-mail and calls
- Creating, editing and being responsible for person's order
- Taking care of administrative agenda of clients' orders including payments, replacements, and communication with supplier and warehouse
- Presenting information about the products we offer in relation to customers' preferences
REQUIREMENTS
What do you need?
- Proficient knowledge of Bulgarian language regarding both writing and speaking skill
- High empathy capacity and professional attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm for personal development
- Heart beating for your team
