Japanese Speaking QA/ Content Moderator Call Centre

Our client a call centre based in Lisbon require Native Japanese speakers to review content online.

 

  • WFO model – Lisbon Office based
  • Full time Monday to Friday business hours
  • First Contract - 6 Month Contract

Japanese Salary 1600€ gross paid *14 plus meal allowance

 

For Japanese  applicants outside of Portugal,  one way flight ticket paid within European countries only,  however candidates must  already has an EU citizenship or Portuguese residency with the right to work.

 

The primary responsibility of the Quality Assurance Analyst (Rater) is to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for quality guidelines and thoroughly review and rate various forms of content, including audio, video, text, and images.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for quality guidelines.
  • Evaluate and rate various content types, including audio, video, text, and photos.
  • Provide ratings with written rationales for individual judgments and decisions, adhering to the provided task guidelines.
  • Participate in calibration sessions with the team and stakeholders, following instructions from the team lead.
  • Conduct peer audits as part of the process model and assist in training as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices.
  • Manage multiple assignments simultaneously with minimal guidance or assistance from senior or peer team members.
  • Assist the team lead/manager in the interview process for future hires.
  • Ensure adherence to all KPI-related tasks to avoid business impact.
  • Work on multiple customer projects concurrently, meeting customer requirements.

  Requirements & Qualifications

  • English C1
  • University Degree (preferred)
  • Willingness to work in Flexible Shift timings
  • Comfortable with G suite, especially Google Sheets
  • Detail oriented, rigorous, analytical
  • Excellent in verbal & writing skills
