What You'll Do:

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will focus on building and developing a network of employers (clients) and job seekers (candidates) within a specific market, usually focusing on one country. Key responsibilities include:

• Cold Calling & Business Development: Reach out to potential clients, identify new business opportunities, and build relationships.
• Market Focus: Build a network of candidates and clients within a specific country and industry, becoming an expert in that market.
• Managing the Full Recruitment Process: Learn to manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to guiding them through interviews, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Market Building: Grow your own market by developing strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
