- Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product-related questions and account inquiries
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users through solutions
- Escalate complex cases to relevant internal departments
- Review and moderate online content according to company policies
- Ensure that platform content complies with community and safety standards
- Handle sensitive content with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain high-quality service standards and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with international teams in a fast-paced environment
- Document interactions and follow internal processes accurately
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in German and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good technical understanding and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a multicultural and dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or content moderation is an advantage
- Able to handle sensitive or repetitive content professionally
- Flexible and adaptable mindset
- Motivated to relocate and build an international career
- Ability to start in Sofia on the 5th of October
