DESCRIPTION

- Respond to customer requests such as check-in and check-out.
- Assisting in the Front Office as required providing information and customer service.
- Reservation management, sales management.
- Answering telephone and email inquiries.
- Support for bookings.
- Contact suppliers.
- Cleaning check areas.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English (B2 at least).
- Italian at an intermediate level (level B1-B2 at least).
- Spanish is a plus.
- Minimum 3-month internship.
- Communicative: Capable of effective customer interaction and task coordination.
- Adaptable: Able to handle diverse responsibilities and situations.
- Team-oriented: Works collaboratively to ensure efficient operations.
OFFER
- € 700 gross/month.

- Availability and hours:
- 16 hours/week.
- 2 working days/week: Saturdays and Sundays.
- Schedule: from 9.00 am to 17.00 CET or from 10.00 am to 18.00 CET.
- Starting from January 2026.
- Location: City center of Rome, Italy. Close to Fontana di Trevi.
