What you'll do
- Provide support to Content Creators/Influencers across Social Media regarding Subscription Management, Account Management, Technical Troubleshooting, and the use of Marketing tools;
- Do outbound phone calls as necessary to improve communication and troubleshooting issues with Users;
- Offer product and tool support to enhance clients’ experience;
- Identify trends and resolving issues encountered by users.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French (C2);
- Exceptional knowledge of English (minimum C1);
- Empathic and helpful;
- Soft-skills for de-escalating situations when needed;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
