Dutch Speaking Content Moderator
Lisbon, Portugal
Full-time | Relocation Package Included
Salary & Benefits
- €1,050 gross/month including holiday bonus, meal allowance, and night shift allowance + free accommodation
- OR €1,309 gross/month without accommodation

About the Role
Are you passionate about online safety and social media? We are looking for Dutch-speaking Content Moderators to join an international team in Lisbon, supporting one of the world’s leading social media platforms. In this role, you will help create a safer online environment by reviewing user-generated content and ensuring it complies with platform guidelines and community standards.
Please note: this role involves reviewing potentially sensitive or disturbing content, so emotional resilience and professionalism are important.
Responsibilities
- Review and moderate Dutch-language content on social media platforms
- Evaluate reported content for policy violations
- Handle content related to topics such as hate speech, bullying, violence, scams, and other sensitive material
- Take appropriate action based on internal guidelines and policies
- Escalate complex cases when necessary
- Maintain high quality and accuracy standards
- Help contribute to a safe and positive online community
REQUIREMENTS
What We’re Looking For
- Native or fluent Dutch speaker
- Good level of English
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast-paced and structured environment
- Professional and emotionally resilient
- Previous customer service or content moderation experience is a plus, but not required
OFFER
Working Hours
- 40 hours per week
- Rotational shifts Monday to Sunday
- Shifts scheduled between 00:00 and 24:00
- 8-hour working day plus lunch break
