The role
As Partnership Sales Manager, you will drive growth in Budapest / Hungary by sourcing and signing new partners to open and operate locations. You will own the deal cycle end-to-end — from prospecting and pitching through negotiation, approvals, and contract signature.
What you’ll be doing
- Generate awareness of the partnership proposition by building strong local B2B connections.
- Identify, contact and pitch prospective partners via networking, local canvassing and cold calling.
- Source partners able to deliver rapid growth through conversion of existing buildings or securing new sites quickly.
- Convert interest into commercial negotiations, secure internal approvals, and progress deals to signature.
- Work with internal stakeholders (incl. legal) to turn discussions into signed partnership contracts.
- Spend significant time in the field meeting prospects, creating opportunities, and closing deals.
