What you’ll be doing:
Customer Support and Back-Office Support
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
- Perform back-office and administrative tasks with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage detail-oriented activities while maintaining high quality standards.
- Follow established processes, guidelines, and service standards.
- Support operational teams with documentation, content reviews, research, and data-related tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service (phone, chat, and email support).
- Strong back-office experience with the ability to manage administrative and operational tasks accurately.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Native or near-native Turkish language proficiency.
- Strong organizational, proofreading, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently while following guidelines and quality standards.
- Comfortable working on content review, documentation, research, and AI evaluation projects.
