What you’ll be doing (aka your daily missions)
- Prospect and uncover new B2B customers in the German market
- Make a high volume of daily cold calls to spark interest and create opportunities
- Book meetings with potential clients and smoothly hand them over to Sales Executives
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to build a strong, high-quality sales pipeline
- Track activities and performance in HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to boost conversions
- Hit weekly and monthly KPIs
- Celebrate wins—big and small—with an energetic, supportive team
