Be the first point of contact for Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and/or chat.

Provide friendly, professional support for a variety of inquiries (general, account, billing, product questions).

Troubleshoot and resolve basic to intermediate technical issues (software, hardware, account access).

Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams while ensuring the customer is kept informed.

Contribute to a high-performing, multilingual, and multicultural team environment.

Proficient in English (B2 level or higher, for internal communication).

Customer-focused, empathetic, and an excellent communicator.

Strong problem-solving skills and a basic understanding of technical troubleshooting.

Willing to relocate to one of our fantastic European locations.

Valid EU citizenship or work permit for the EU
