We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Representative to join our international team in Athens, Greece. This is a full-time opportunity with paid training, career development, and the chance to work with international customers.
The role is based in the office during the first months. Depending on your performance, you may have the opportunity to work from home later on.
Our client is a global travel technology company that connects travelers with accommodations, transportation, activities, and travel services through convenient digital solutions.

As a Sales Representative on this project, you will:
- Engage with customers through channels such as phone, email, chat, or social media to understand their needs and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Identify sales opportunities and confidently present relevant products and services.
- Support customers throughout the sales process, responding to questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information and follow the appropriate procedures.
- Build positive relationships with customers and deliver a smooth, valuable experience.
- Work toward sales, quality, compliance, and productivity targets.
- Share customer feedback and follow guidance from management.
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
- Native or fluent level of German (C1/C2)
- Intermediate level of English (at least B2) both verbal and written
- At least six months of sales experience
- Strong communication skills – with excellent phone conversation skills, attentive listening and superior writing skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver
- Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Greece
- Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to historic Athens, Greece
