DESCRIPTION
You will play a pivotal role in supporting Content Creators and Influencers across leading social media platforms, empowering them to optimize their experience and grow their online presence. Will have the opportunity to build strong, trusting relationships with Content Creators, helping them achieve their goals and enhance their overall user experience.
You need to be EU citizen or with valid work permit for Portugal
What you'll do
- Assist influencers with account management, subscription services, technical troubleshooting, and effective use of platform tools to help maximize their reach and engagement;
- Make outbound calls and personalized follow-ups to ensure creators clearly understand available tools, services, and support, fostering a high-touch support experience;
- Offer in-depth support for content creation, marketing, and engagement tools, helping creators and SMB clients optimize strategies and enhance user experience;
- Identify recurring issues across creators, provide data-driven solutions, and share actionable insights to improve content performance and audience growth.
REQUIREMENTS
- EU citizen or with valid work permit for Portugal
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and good command of English (B1 Level);
- Willing to start an international experience – work abroad;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information;
- Experience in customer service (preferred);
- EU citizen or with valid work permit for Portugal.
