Latvian Speaking Customer Service Advisors - Office based in Lisbon, Portugal.

Salary: €1040 per month + free accommodation + flight reimbursement.

Our client based in Lisbon is recruiting Latvian Speaking Customer Service Advisors on behalf of a client who specialises in food deliveries, car sharing and transportation services.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Latvian and English
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines
• Previous experience in customer service and/ or content moderation is a plus

Duties:

• Content Reviewing: Ensuring all content aligns with community guidelines
• Sensitive Content Handling: Classifying and removing content as per client's criteria
• Escalation Procedures: Making timely escalations for issues needing higher management attention
• Confidentiality: Following corporate policies for information security
• Continuous Training: Engaging in training programs for role proficiency
• Performance Compliance: Meeting defined performance indicators
• Outbound Calls: Contacting drivers and customers for investigation purposes

Compensation/ Relocation Package: 

• Offering a gross salary of up to €1040 per month
• Free accommodation for the entire contract duration
• Flight reimbursement
