As part of the Telesales department, your main tasks will include:
- Making outbound calls to potential B2C customers.
- Promoting and selling the company’s products/services by clearly communicating their value and benefits.
- Building trust and empathy with prospects to identify their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Managing and following up on leads provided by the company, ensuring effective communication.
- Achieving individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Accurately updating customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system.
- Collaborating with colleagues and team leaders to continuously improve performance and customer focus.
- Providing an excellent customer experience with a friendly, professional, and proactive attitude.
