What will you do?

- Interact effectively with existing customers via calls, emails or chat in both Italian and English

- Handle customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy

- Resolve technical issues efficiently

- Record details of customer contacts and actions taken

- Native or fluent Italian speaker

- Good command of English (B2 or higher)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Patience, empathy and a problem-solving attitude

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

- Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn new technologies
