The Accelerated Growth Team (AGT) is a sales team designed to grow small and medium sized businesses in Italy with significant expansion potential. AGT specializes in building full funnel strategies to increase customer's return on investment, scale customer business base, and ultimately make business more net profit.

As an Accelerated Growth Consultant, you will be establishing key relationships and consulting to accelerate any type of business, including startups and known brands. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities will shape the next wave of growth for these companies. You strive to persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's highest-potential clients, developing an understanding of how our range of solutions can grow their business.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth goals, while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers within EMEA.
  • Build and manage a pipeline through proactive identification of high-potential business in addition to close partnership with our marketing teams.
  • Establish relationships via phone calls or e-mail marketing and design effective marketing strategies using expert product knowledge and deliver outstanding customer sales experience to drive long-term success for our customers.
  • Consult with C-level clients to achieve national and international online marketing and business goals through utilising the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions e.g., YouTube, Google Search and Display Network platforms.
REQUIREMENTS

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in hunting, acquisition, and within a start-up environment.
  • Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
  • Ability to move fast, be bold, and grow in a fast changing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about issues and develop recommendations and action plans with excellent problem-solving skills.
