DESCRIPTION
Become part of an international team in Lisbon! Assist Dutch customers with mobility issues and enjoy a sunny lifestyle, including accommodation, training and career opportunities.
  • You will assist business mobility users with practical questions about the use of their vehicles.
  • You will answer incoming calls about maintenance, damage, fuel cards, documentation, etc.
  • You will process emails from lease car drivers with support questions.
  • You will make outgoing calls to schedule appointments.
  • You will identify frequently asked questions and suggest process improvements.
  • You will guarantee service quality and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
  • You are fluent in Dutch (C1+) and have a good command of English (minimum B2).
  • You have strong communication skills and are customer-oriented.
  • You feel at home in digital environments and learn new systems quickly.
  • You are ready to relocate to Lisbon and be part of an international team.
OFFER
  • Fixed-term contract (12 months) with the prospect of permanent employment after 2 years.
  • Competitive basic salary + holiday and Christmas bonuses paid monthly.
  • Total gross monthly remuneration up to €1,409 (depending on housing benefit).
