DESCRIPTION

- You will assist business mobility users with practical questions about the use of their vehicles.
- You will answer incoming calls about maintenance, damage, fuel cards, documentation, etc.
- You will process emails from lease car drivers with support questions.
- You will make outgoing calls to schedule appointments.
- You will identify frequently asked questions and suggest process improvements.
- You will guarantee service quality and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
- You are fluent in Dutch (C1+) and have a good command of English (minimum B2).
- You have strong communication skills and are customer-oriented.
- You feel at home in digital environments and learn new systems quickly.
- You are ready to relocate to Lisbon and be part of an international team.
OFFER
- Fixed-term contract (12 months) with the prospect of permanent employment after 2 years.
- Competitive basic salary + holiday and Christmas bonuses paid monthly.
- Total gross monthly remuneration up to €1,409 (depending on housing benefit).
