Our client is recruiting for German Speaking Content Associates to work onsite at the offices in Lisbon

Job Summary: 

The Content Associate undertakes labeling comments and dialogue evaluation on text data to assess and improve the automated translation. 

Candidates should have excellent grammar skills in German and English.

Each Content associate is responsible for commenting on queries so translations are as accurate as possible, raising issues when a solution can’t be found to be worked on by tech teams.

Role and Responsibilities: 

➢ Native level German and a high level of English. 

➢ Excellent communication skills.

➢ Achieve KPIs – quality and quantity targets. 

➢ Adhering to company policies 

Candidate Criteria

➢ A Bachelor’s degree.

➢ Excellent communication and Proficiency in German and English.

➢ Problem-solving and logical reasoning skills 

➢ Comfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic work environment 

➢ Ability to handle pressure.
