Content Reviewer (Slovak+EN speaking) - reloc to Bucharest

We're on the lookout for Slovak/English-speaking Content Reviewers (on-site) to join our team of game-changers who engage with customers from top brands that could be from tech, finance, travel, fashion, healthcare, or another leading-edge industry.

In this dynamic role, you'll do content moderation for our client. This position is onsite in our beautifully renovated facility and provides service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's products and/or services.

What you will do in this role

As a Content Reviewer on our team, you will:

• Do content moderation on our client's platform
• Understand and remain up to date with content policies and guidelines.
• Review online videos, social media, web page, and advertising content for compliance with policies and guidelines. Content could be in text, image, audio, video, or any other format.
• Identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action.
• Use a basic level of judgment to perform the required tasks.
• Develop your skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people's lives.
• Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients​

Personality requirements and skills

• ​Are proficient or bilingual in Slovak and English
• ​Are proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
• Have availability to work from our office in Bucharest
• Have availability to work in shifts​
