For one of our clients – customer experienced technology company providing outsourced sales,
support, and business process solutions to large corporations, we are looking for
– Medical Solutions Specialist with Italian (Welcome Bonus).
Responsibilities:
*Be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support via phone and email
regarding medical devices and related services;
*Deliver technical assistance by identifying issues and guiding customers through effective troubleshooting steps;
*Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, while escalating more complex cases to the appropriate specialists when needed;
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the system;
*Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure fast and effective issue resolution;
*Create a positive customer experience through empathy, professionalism, and high-quality service.
Qualifications:
*Fluency in Italian, along with very good command of English;
*Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a contact center environment is an advantage;
*Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset;
*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with confidence in handling technical inquiries;
*Interest or experience in medical devices, healthcare technologies, or life sciences is considered a plus;
*Comfortable working with customer support platforms and Microsoft Office applications;
*Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.

*Performance Bonus – up to 10% of gross salary (after 3 months, based on KPIs);
