English-Speaking Customer Care Specialist
**Location:** Athens, Greece
**Salary:** €1,050 gross/month × 14 salaries per year

About the Role
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing professional, friendly, and efficient support to customers across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email. You will help customers navigate their purchasing journey, resolve product-related questions, and ensure every interaction meets the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, chat, email, and other communication channels.
- Handle customer inquiries related to products, orders, payments, and inventory.
- Track and follow up on customer cases to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Identify customer needs and deliver accurate, clear, and helpful solutions.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate second-level support team.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and represent the brand professionally.
- Navigate internal systems and documentation to provide reliable information.
- Adapt to changing processes and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Requirements
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (C1/C2 level).
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or technical support; fashion or e-commerce experience is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and organizational abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude with empathy and a passion for helping others.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with internet-based tools and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Willingness to participate in a background screening process.
- Adaptability and openness to feedback, coaching, and continuous learning.
