As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. • Take customer orders and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Be knowledgeable about the bar and restaurant menu to provide recommendations and answer questions.
• Stay attentive to guests' needs and ensure their satisfaction.
• Ensure food is prepared correctly and presented well.
• Adhere to proper alcohol handling, restaurant standards, procedures, rules, and health and safety requirements.
• Perform shift duties such as polishing glasses, silverware, wiping tables, and maintaining a clean service area.
• Deliver checks and collect payments accurately.
• Open or close the service area at the beginning and end of each shift.
• Maintain the restaurant in perfect condition.
• Provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills.
• Be a native or fluent English speaker with a C1 level proficiency. Display effective communication skills in English. The ability to convey information clearly, follow instructions, and interact professionally with colleagues and the public is essential.
