Customer service specialist with German (chats and emails)
Tasks:
- Dealing with German-speaking customers via chat and e-mail
- Provision of information regarding order and delivery status
- Dealing with customer problems and complaints
- Provision of high-quality customer service
- Liaising with other company departments to resolve customer problems
- Reviewing reported problems within agreed lead times and quality standards • Maintaining professionalism and a positive approach when dealing with customers
REQUIREMENTS
Profile:
- Knowledge of German at a strong B2 or C1 level
- English at a communicative level for internal communication and operation of systems
- Excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
- Experience in telephone customer service or similar work experience.
- Excellent computer and MS Office skills
