We are looking for a professional with an native/ advanced level of Dutch who will work for an important multinational company in the retail sector where the main function will be the control of the merchandise (once the merchandise leaves the factory, to which stores it is distributed, which products, in which deadlines, merchandise left in stock, return of products to the factory, contact with distributors, etc.).

What do we need?

• Previous experience in the B2B retail sector managing accounts as Customer Service (Senior Customer Service profile) is essential.
• Native Dutch and advanced level of English + French.
• Analytical skills.
• Knowledge of SAP and mastery of Excel, as it will be the working tool (with priority to the Costumer Service experience).
• Residence in Madrid.
