Job Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Resolve issues efficiently and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email
- Monitor developments in the financial markets
- Use CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to manage interacions
- Collaborate with international branches and internal departments
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent German (spoken and written)
- Very good English skills (minimum B2 level)
- Previous experience in customer care is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Good command of MS Office
- Interest or knowledge of financial markets is a strong advantage
