DESCRIPTION
- Answering customer questions and resolving service-related enquiries.
- Assisting with billing, payments, contracts and account-related issues.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting when required.
- Helping customers with appointments and general service requests.
- Delivering professional, friendly and solution-focused customer service.
- Maintaining accurate records and following established procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent Dutch, both written and spoken.
- Currently living in Greece with the legal right to work.
- Customer-oriented, empathetic and solution-driven.
- Professional and positive attitude.
- Comfortable using computers and digital tools.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is an advantage.
