We’re looking for proactive, independent people who can identify suitable candidates, build relationships and support the first steps of their recruitment journey.
Job description
This is a freelance, commission-based collaboration, with no fixed salary or guaranteed income. You choose your working hours and request assignments that match your interests, network and expertise.
Your focus is sourcing and initial screening. Once a candidate is accepted into the recruitment process, the Worldwiders team takes over interviews, client communication, offers and negotiations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Browsing available opportunities and requesting suitable assignments.
- Finding and approaching candidates through your network, social media and other sourcing channels.
- Conducting initial screenings to assess experience, language skills, motivation and availability.
- Clearly explaining the role, location, salary and benefits.
- Confirming candidates’ interest and ensuring they provide the required consent before submitting them through Sourcewiders.
- Keeping candidate information accurate and communicating professionally, including informing candidates if their submission is declined before entering the recruitment process.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
- Strong communication skills and confidence approaching new people.
- Good English for communicating with our international team; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
- A proactive, organised approach and the ability to work independently.
- Confidence using online platforms and social media to identify potential candidates.
- The ability to assess whether a candidate meets a role’s requirements.
- A professional approach to confidentiality, candidate consent and data protection.
- Your own computer, a reliable internet connection and the ability to invoice for freelance services.
- Experience in recruitment, sourcing, sales or customer-facing work is an advantage, particularly if you already have an international network.
